Wonderful and cute little spot. The description is accurate and as long as you read that then you know what you are getting. Our kids loved the loft space (be careful with young ones and the stairs). The primary bedroom is perfect and is separate from the main area and the loft. large outside area with outdoor (hot) shower was a hit with the kids after the beach.
Small kitchen and appliances, but had everything we needed for a family of 5 to be happy and comfortable for a long weekend.
Great hosts, great spot, super cute.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip and Katie’s place. The home was exactly as described, was family/toddler-friendly, and the location is unbeatable. We loved having the golf cart so easily available. Philip and Katie were incredibly prompt and helpful with their responses to my questions. I can’t wait to stay there again!

This was an excellent stay! Location was perfect. This little get away was the perfect mix of privacy and accessibility to the best of downtown Cape Charles!! Communication was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Phillip and Katie were extremely responsive, helpful, and provide clear instructions. I do not believe the description of the home truly captures the thought they have put into how the home is decorated, the amenities, and the inviting atmosphere. If you are looking for an adorable, well appointed, convenient, and affordable vacation spot in Cape Charles, this is the place.

What looks like an old fishing camp is now a cozy Air B&B. We loved the cuteness, the comfort, the age & probable history, the compactness. All the necessities were there, and the hosts were informative and quick to respond to questions. A bargain for the money.

Cute place and great location! We love Cape Charles and having the golf cart available right at the house was really nice.
Philip & Katie do a great job in the listing of explaining the house's quirks. There is some wear and tear in the older home, but overall we had what we needed and enjoyed the space! Just FYI - the downstairs half bathroom is narrow with a slanted ceiling due to being under the stairs. My husband is 5'8" and bumped his head a few times. Taller or bigger-bodied people will want to use the upstairs full bathroom!

Great place to stay with family of 8. It's within walking distance from Cape charles Beach area and the pizzarea, bakery, coffee shop and book store. They also have a golf cart you can rent. We didnt try it out but it looked like a fun time. We loved our stay. Thanks!

We were beyond excited to stay at the Peach House after it being our favorite spot in Cape Charles when it was Octopus Garden. Love the new additions to the spot as well as some of the old! We had a blast for our daughter’s sixth birthday. Golf cart was so fun to use and everything so close.

Stayed here for two nights and was prompted many times before and throughout my stay about instructions or if we needed any help from Phillip and Katie. The home was very cozy and honestly better than the pictures ! Decent walking distance from everything but best for a bike or golf cart. Lovely home and cozy.

Great stay at Summer Camp. Phillip & Katie were great hosts who communicated throughout our stay and made everything nice and easy. Summer Camp was cozy and made us feel right at home while we explored the Eastern Shore. Definitely hoping to come back soon!
