This was our first time in Cape Charles and we fell in love! The Summer Cottage was perfect for our family of 4 that included a toddler and baby. The house had everything we needed and we loved its charm. Philip & Katie were great hosts! Always responsive, friendly, and had great recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next year!

We loved Peach House and would go back in a pinch. It is very charming, comfortable and stylish! It worked out perfectly for our family for the week, and the hosts were extremely responsive!

We had such a wonderful stay at Katie & Philip’s Cape Charles beach house! The home was absolutely perfect — beautifully decorated, incredibly cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better — we rented a golf cart from CC Ryder Rentals (also amazing people!) and were at the beach in 5 minutes, with all the local shops and restaurants just as close.
Katie & Philip were fantastic hosts — friendly, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. You can truly tell they care about their guests’ experience.
Highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back!

Such a cute little house! Super comfy bed and so close to everything in town! The only thing I would share is the shower is very small. My fiancé and I are taller people and it was a tight fit, but all and all a great time!!
